We'll get a baseline assessment on your fitness levels and physical capacity but we'll always start with your why.

How many days do you want to commit to training? How much time do you have available to train? How does training fit with your lifestyle?

Education

We'll provide education on common training language, proper movement patterns, how training builds upon itself, and factors that influence your training including nutrition, sleep habits, and recovery.

Key Performance Indicators

We'll regularly assess your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjust training based on feedback and results.

  • Macro level refresh: 8 - 10 weeks

  • Micro level refresh: 3 - 6 weeks
